About Me
I believe in people power, in the uniqueness of each one of us to do great things, and in the power of really good, authentic conversation.
I have worked in the US, England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales, and South Africa. In 2011, I repatriated with my husband back to the USA after 10 years of UK life.
I’m a bit of a nomad, a wife, a big sister, and a fantastic aunt. I like having dirt under my nails, sore muscles from a day in the garden, long bike rides, cooking for my family, picnics on rolling hillsides, and Mexican food. I know that I am very, very lucky to have the opportunity to do what I love – working directly with people to show them the light that shines from within.
My coaching style is positive, energetic, and fun! I ask hard, thought provoking questions, and make sure we always end our sessions with an energizing and exciting focus for the next step in the journey.
My formal education and experience includes a background in Education, and a 15-year career teaching, facilitating and leading adults largely in the public sector. My path to being a coach started in 2009 when I begin coaching internally with a large child welfare organization in Scotland. I discovered a way to channel all my passions around team building, project planning, motivation, and change into a very exciting business of my own. Coaching is who I am and what I do. I believe I was born to do this inspired work.
I am a Certified Professional Coach, certified through the through the International Coach Academy in June 2012. I also hold a Level 5 diploma from the Institute of Leadership and Management in Professional Coaching and Mentoring. I’ve been coaching professionally since 2009.
I truly believe that all our stumbling blocks in life are just stepping stones in disguise. If we just turn them over and line them up, we can use them to get us wherever we want to go!

I agree and I would like to share my opinion – Probably the great issue to the executive coach is to engage the client in purposeful discussion. Rapport is essential plus the chemistry amongst the two ought to easily establish trust and credibility. Initially it’s important to observe that executive coaches don’t just work with executives per say. Most of those people in the Executive Coaching career tend to work across the management and executive ranks.
